Fiberglass is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent properties. It has the characteristics of good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is made of using six ores: pyrophyllite, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, boronite and magnesite as raw materials through high-temperature melting, wire drawing and winding. The diameter of its monofilament ranges from a few microns to more than twenty microns, which is equivalent to 1/20-1/5 of a hair strand. Each bundle of fiber strands consists of hundreds or even thousands of monofilaments. Glass fiber is often used as reinforcing materials in composite materials, electrical insulation materials and thermal insulation materials, circuit substrates and other fields of the national economy.
We use continuous carbon fiber, glass fiber, etc. as reinforcing materials. On the basis of this technology, we have invented an advanced composite super material made of non-metallic mineral innovative materials and molding technology through unique processes and technical formulas. Compared with metal materials, it has many excellent properties, such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and energy saving. Especially under alternating stress and thermal stress, its fatigue resistance is extremely strong. At the same time, its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance are difficult for any metal material to compete with.
